I believe that Summit brand Turbo mufflers are just rebranded dynomax turbos and i think they are a little cheaper (around 30-40 bucks each).

Hey all I currently have a 00 5.3 Silverado with 2.25 true duals, no cats into Flowmaster 10 series.
I've had the Flows on since January and wish I had never bought them, they drone and sound just like straight pipe but cost $100 each.
I want something slightly louder than stock but that still breathes well I was thinking some sort of Turbo muffler either Dynomax or Cherry Bomb or Thrush anybody running this set up/how loud is it?

Yeah I saw those...are Turbo mufflers all pretty much the same? Cherry Bomb's version is only $16 each it seems to cheap to me though.
this is realy off subject. im new to this so . i have a 5.7 1989 chevy motor that runs but it wore out and i would love to build a 383 to put in my 89 chevy suburban . will it work with the electronics and sensors
I wouldn't use turbo mufflers, those are quiet and don't flow too well, better on a V6. I'd go with a Dynomax Ultraflo or Magnaflow, which flows about 3 times what a turbo muffler does and is a bit louder but has a cleaner, smoother and deeper rumble. It'll be a faint rumble cruising but comes to life when you step on it, I can't get enough of the sound when merging on the highway.
