I got my headers in, but when I did I saw that a lot of the flare on my Y-pipe is rusted off. Looking for stock-shaped pipes I found this one:
    http://www.jegs.com/i/JEGS/555/31001/10002/-1

The listing says it fits only up to 1993. I have a 95. What would make it not fit? Looks to me like there shouldn't be a problem...

Also, is that the cheapest place to get one like that?

or just go to your local muffler shop and have them set you up! will probably be cheaper!
my local muffler shop charged me like 60bucks to raise my Ypipe which is basically the Y pipe minus the flanges. they shouldnt charge ya over 150 and it will be done right.

I used this ypipe before on my 1990 gmc c1500 with headers but this ypipe is made for manifolds their for it has flanges not reducers so you have to cut off the flange and weld on a reducers,Pretty good gain in hp/tq.I had a high flow cat and a cherry bomb extreme sounded great dumped!.To be honest though look around.

I just called five shops nearby. Most of them want to sell me a new pipe/converter assembly. Prices anywhere from $250 to $540.

One shop offered to look into just welding on new flanges, so I might check that out.

Nobody wants to just bend up some pipe cheaply...

Hey man, I actually have this Y pipe on my 95 in my sig. I'm very happy with mine. Good quality, nice fit and install. I would go for it, especially since you'll pay a whole lot more at a shop.
