anyone ever used the mufflers they call cherry bombs, they are real cheap at autozone but i heard they are loud as hell, any info?

if you want a straight through muffler that is louder then heck, and cheap, check out the dynomax bullet mufflers. they are 4" dia. mufflers and come in either 12 or 18" case lengths. i've got the 18" length, and after a few days it gets a lot louder. I picked mine up at a napa for $45.
i'm sure the 12" is even louder.
without much muffling, it doesn't do much to quiet the sound, but it's also designed to not only sound good bnut to perform![]()
otherwise tey wouldn't be a race muffler

There are 2 types of Cherry Bombs. There are some that are red and some that are the color of a normal muffler. The non red ones sound awesome and do not blowout like normal glasspacks. I wouldn't run any glasspack on my truck other then a steel cherry bomb.Originally posted by FatTony
