42's will get you to 500whp or a bit over that, for more you will want 60's. Either will idle great. Yes you will need a re tune.

I am wanting to install my marine intake but I'm not sure what size fuel injecters to run. Currently I'm running a GMPP Ramjet cam and 8lbs of boost and a Westers tune. Is there anything special I need to do after I ditch the FMU, or do I just put in bigger injecters and re-tune the computer? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

What would be the best brand injecters to get for my application in anyones opinon? What injecters are others running with superchargers?
Ford green tops work well for 42's.

Where is the best place to find the Ford green tops and what style connecter do they use? Sorry if these questions seem stupid, I'm not that familar with fuel injecters. Again thanks for the info.
The Ford Motorsport greentops are very common so you might even pick up a set on Ebay.
Only issue I've had with mine is there's ZERO information available on them.

You poked around on any of the Mustang forums? What info you looking for? I think I had flow charts for all the SVO injectors.
They work very well in our applications & the connectors are EV-6 style, which was a more expensive connector than the EV-1. I picked up the blue 36lb units on Evil-bay for almost nothing. I still have a ton of room left on them for more fuel.

Yeah....I even joined some of the Ford forums to ask for info. Seems alot of those guys don't know too much about their own stuff.
Basically...things such as min pulse width, actual flow rates at what Psi etc???
Some say they're rated at 42lb's at the 'GM' standard 43.5 psi.
Some say 39lb at 39.15 psi...or some such. Seems no one knows what the Ford's run fuel pressure wise.
Any info you can send my way would be great Jeff.

Let me do some digging, had the pc change not too long ago & have files spread amongst 2 cpu's. From memory the Ford injectors are rated higher flow @ lower pressures than most other injectors, My 36 lb units were rated @ 43 psi, I am running 62+ psi @ idle & increase from there.
I will see what I can find for you.
