Hell you're close enough to San Antonio to just drive to Nelson Performance and get a street tune

That is awesome...a new guy posts about tune options and orders (or sets up) a tune the same day

Nelson tuned my truck via mail and it's running smooth (LM7 swap), they also have the best customer service out of any other tuning company in my experience.

westers....both my tunes from them were bang on..in the end anywhere you can get a dyno and tune close to where you are is best bet...know when l upgrade my cam this spring wont have to pay for tune as mods upgrades are included in the orriginall cost....dyno and tune is the only way to go in my opinion...over the counter chips make me nervous..

Nelson also does free retunes as long as the mods aren't major (major mainly includes FI and BIG cams) and even then the retune for that is only an extra $100

They also have a dyno for tunes, which is $75 /hour.

    Here's the owners truck

Anyone but Wester's gets my vote...... the only praise I have ever seen for his work is on this forum.... and my own personal experience wasn't worth a $hit and I went elsewhere.

In person at Nelson's should do very well, as it should with any experienced tuner.
    JUST FOR CLARIFICATION

    I hate GMT900 trucks period.

would depend on your tiresize and what you regularly use the vehicle for..ie towing or weekend warrior
