    It's a BBC TBI, I'd say if you're doing any kind of performance TBI build to go with that, the stock 4.3/SBC throttle bodies don't flow near as much air.

    I was told in order to run a bbc tbi the harness needs modification can explain on how to do that and send me pictures if possible of what it will look like installed

    You just need correct connectors for the TPS and IAC. It's not a direct swap pin for pin either. Somewhere I have a listing of what pins go where and I'd likely have to go looking for it... I'll have to do it when I get back to town.

    I figured out what gear ratio I have in the diff GU6 3.42 will it be fine with the 383

    Yep :) I have a 3.08 and it's pretty good, though 3.42s or 3.73s are better from a performance standpoint.

    So how do I install a BBC tbi on a sbc what needs to be changed on a the harness if you got pictures that would be great someone please help I'm getting closer to finishing my build I'm using edelbrock 3706 intake should I use the stock 454 adapter of a aftermarket one

    I used the stock adapter and it's working pretty well for me. I've come across the connectors on ebay but I got mine for free from a junkyard. One of the other members here can tell you what wires go where for the IAC, they aren't a pin-for-pin match from the stock SBC IAC. I think his username is something like NastyZ.
