A lumpy cam will make it lope. TBI doesn't like cams that lope. Cams that lope usually have little torque at low rpm as well.
If you just want the sound, it's not happening.

How would i get my truck to lope? i love the sound of it but its gas and i dont need to to lope all the way i just want it to sounds like it is? let me know what u guys think.

yea pretty much only choice is a cam.. and a good tune. My tbi lopes pretty good for a truck.

if you don't have the money to set up the entire drivetrain to work with the cam, don't mess with it.
installing just a lopey cam will turn your truck into a gutless pile of crap.
