how hard is it to tune for diy? who does tuning for them?
ther are a number of tuners on this site,,wether any are in your area cant say...someone here will advise on someone in your area....tuneing you can do yourself but is quite the learning curve to do it...best just to have someone do it to start then if you want down the road do some reasearch on the site to folks that do thier own tuneing

Depends on the year, for what the ECM or PCM controls.
Earlier ECMs, controlled fuel injectors, IAC, spark timing, EGR, TCC/Shift light.
Later PCMs will also control the tranny and canister purge, and with custom code, more than that.
