joe jibbs ruined my 4l60e

I have an 05 gibbs silverado with the 5.3 and supercharger. My only mods are volant CAI and headers.
I pulled out of a parking lot fri eve and was accelerating . The truck seemed to pop out of drive into neutral. When it happened the tranny made a loud thump. I lost all forward gears and the trans makes an awful screaming noise when i put it in any forward gear. Like a power steering pump with no fluid.
Reverse works perfect. Im gonna have it rebuilt this week. I would like to replace my stall at this time. Should i be looking for 2200 to 2400 like some other or something different since the SC changes my torque curve? I know nothing about transmissions but i want to make sure i get this one built to handle the power. Any guidence would be appreciated. I dont strip race and this is my daily driver.

for transmission upgrades get:

beast sunshell by sealed power
transgo hd 2 shift kit
vette servo
premium clutches(borg warner or raybestos z pack/ hi energy)
if planetaries are shot get gm planetaries not aftermarket.
borg warner rebuild kit plus dual cage sprag.
as for torque converter stay stock or a few rpms higher. you probably dont want it too loose for daily driving. dont cheap out on it.
