The way I see it, an OBS is like sex-when it's good it's terrific, and when it's bad it's still pretty good!

CB Radio, scanner, radio, and speakers are installed. It was a pain in the arse to install those rear speakers!

I like the leather 60/40 seat. Something you never see in an ext. cab.

Those leather seats feel & sit like a recliner, so much better than the 04s cloth seats![]()

I need to find a 60/40 leather seat with fold down center console for my truck. I can only find leather seats for OBS trucks in buckets but I still need to be able to seat 3. Nice truck man.

Thanks dude, have you tried some pick n pulls? That cash for clunkers **** took away a lot of OBS, ya might get lucky and be able to score one
No, I can get a pic tomorrow though. What do you need to see? How its mounted, wiring, how the scanner is attached?

Ill take a picture for you tomorrow.
I mounted the bracket right beside the cigarette lighter tray. I used long enough screws to reach the thicker plastic for extra support. The scanner is just held to the cb by a velcro strip.
You have to completely remove all of the plastic pieces in the rear to get to the speakers. I didnt remove my backseat though, we just pulled the rear panels off enough to put our arms through to install the speaker. If you can work around the rear panels than no, you dont have to remove the seat. It took us a little over 2hrs to install them though. I will warn you now! Be very gentle when removing all of the plastic pieces so you dont break every single one. If your as lucky as i was, youll only break one plastic bracket off.
