that truck should be able to clear 28's with no lift....lexani had one laid out on 27's
The Lexani 27s are probably the Johnsons which are just 22s with a special tire/plate that gives the face of the rim 27 inches

28s have an outside diamater w/tires (smallest possilbe) of 36.6 (i believe)...so i dont see them clearing on a stock lade w/out some major hacking or a lift of some sort
id say the ones in the pic are 26's, they look big but not 28 inch big
If you have to lift your truck to fit "bigger" bling......well....yea......

To me it doesnt look lifted, but skyjacker i beleive makes steering components and other parts that they possibly could have donated/sponsored.
