Spindles is the best way to go....it's not a big deal to grind down the lower control arm gutters....I have one truck lowered with coils in the front and not happy with the alignment.

Hey guys I've got a 96 extended cab 2wheel drive that I want dropped 2/4. I've done some searchs and most people suggest spindles in the front but I've got stock 15x7 wheels. Do I have to trim the lower control arms to make these work? For you guys with just a 2" spring drop, is the ride that much different then with spindles? Since I'm keeping my stock wheels, I'm leaning towards a spring drop in the front. What do you guys think?

I prefer springs but that is just me. I have had good luck with my Eibachs!
