I'm just trying to figure out the biggest size tire I can run with my slam bags out back. I'm running 235/75 R15's currently.

    What are you guys running?

    Thanks Shawn

    On my '96 I run 255/60/15's (on 454ss/Sport rims)with a decent amount of clearance....

On my '94 I run 275/40/17's (on a 10" wide rim) with about an 1" of clearance.

I was figuring you would be the first to post on this. Do you tow with both of those trucks?

No, just the '96. However, I could with the '94 if I had a hitch.

    Re: slambags/tire sizes?

    So you are running a 275/40 17 (section width= 10.8 overall height= 25.7) with about 1" of clearance.

    I wonder if I can run a 275/65 15 (section width= 10.8 overall height= 29.1) with my stock wheels?

    Right now I'm running 235/75 15 (section width= 9.3 overall height= 28.9)

I just want to go wider but stay about the same height.
