1997 GMC Suburban SLT K1500 -AR wheels, 265/70/17s, muffler delete option
1987 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme- 400 Pontiac, Flowmaster exhaust, etc.
3+3 would be a factory truck... 3/4 ton, single wheel 1 ton, long bed crew cab.
The truck in the picture is custom. Either built by an aftermarket company (like Centurion) or a previous owner.

Well i guess technically its still a 3+3 since it still has bench seats front and rear, but you are correct. the previous owner shortened it to fit the short bed and converted the suspension to 1/2 ton.
I built one a while back, but sold it
