Im going to assume its a bolt in notch? Then pretty sure the washers are to be used as "spacers" only a guess though

On the C-Notch, for the "spacers" listed in the very poor Bell-tech instructions, do you use washers as spacers or is there a metal spacer? The parts list doesn't have a "spacer" in the parts list.
Does anyone have any better photos also? The instructions that came with the parts are lame at best and the online version isn't much betterhttp://docs.belltech.com/66056607-888.pdf
