where do the 275/45/s rub?

    can some one whos actually tried this tell me why it wont fit? where is the problem? I realize with the wheel, but where does it rub? Maybe we are going at this the wrong way

    Is it just in the front, can this size fit ok in the back? as is?

    Exactly where, and when is the 275/45/20 on 8.5" wheels an issue? Does it rub the fender lip? (easily fixed), or elsewhere...

    is it only an issue when making complete lock to lock turning? or even when straight? bumps? Need some info here

    Just by a wheel with a 6" backspace and it won't rub. If it's a 8" wide wheel then a 5.5" backspace will work.

    The first place it will rub is the inner fender lip but you can roll the lip to gain some extra space. Hope this helps.:)

    the inner fender attaches to the lip so that will have to be removed or re-worked to roll it over for some extra clearance
