Ok im usually in the offroad forum but im gonna try and help out one of my buddies do a 2/4 drop on a 98 ext cab cevy silverado. I have never done this before and im wondering how difficult it is. I believe he got spindles for the front and new hangers for the rear. Ill try and find out more but any help would be much appreciated.

It's very easy and not necessary to pay someone to do it either. Just read the instructions. You don't even have to cut the frame on that one.

It's a major pain in the a$$ to get the stock hangers off, but that's the only real issue.

I would say that you should pull the bed off. This will give you the room to pull the hangers off.

Good luck and let us know if youhave any questions.
