Around here, shops charge around $400 or more for labor for a 4/6" drop (no parts included of course).
With parts you're talking about $1000 or so. Just depends who you take it to.
I'm sure 5-8 CHevy and the boys at Fullsize Customs will give you a reasonable price...shoot 5-8 Chevy a P.M.
