Ok, You guys swear by 325, but when I did a parts search at Rock Auto.com. their database reports it as a 323 also??? Could it be the 2005's have a slightly smaller displacement?

Summit Racing also lists the 5.3 as a 323. The GM sales guy i bought my truck from back in 99 told me 327.

Oddly, the 2004 info says that the 5.3 is a 327, but the bore and stroke are unchanged from then til now at 3.78 x 3.62
