Timing my 90 454ss

This is a discussion on Timing my 90 454ss within the Technical / Maintenance forums, part of the General Discussion category; i was wondering were the plug is to bypass the timing advance so i could time my truck properly...

    should be behind the wiring loom behind the plastic cover on the passenger side firewall just left of the engine. looking for a tan and black stripe wire with connector. set timing to zero degrees.
