4.8L/5.3L/6.0L cam specs

Does anyone have any good head flow and cam specs for the LS series engines?

Here are the stock cam and head flows not sure if the 4.8's are the same, should be the same as 5.3, not 100% sure though.

LS6 valves are 0.6mm or 0.023622" longer, hollow stem intake, and hollow stem sodium filled exhaust valves.

LS6: intake = 73 grams, exhaust = 65 grams
LS1: intake = 101 grams, exhaust = 94 grams.

Throttle Body Information:
A 98-99 TB has a brown spring on it and a smaller throttle cam, GM Part# 17113390.

A 2000-2002 TB has a blue spring on it and it has the biggest throttle cam, GM Part# 17113647.

A Truck TB has a orange spring on it and a cam that is close to the 98-99 F-body ones but it's not an exact fit.

In short when looking for swapping throttle bodies from one car to another check the color of the spring.
