Got done setting up quad high beams on my 99 silverado and thought I would save a few others the head scratching of how to do it without a kit. I believe this should work for 99-02.

Use standard 30A relays for this

    For quad high beams
30- LH low beam yellow wire (-)
85- LH high beam purple (-)
86- LH high beam orange (+)
    87- Ground

To turn on fog light with high beam (second relay required)
(wont shut off w/ fog light switch on high beam)
30-(Under fuse block) white connector, row 4, 2nd pin (purple)(+)
85- LH high beam purple (-)
86- LH high beam orange (+)
    87- 12V (+)

    Have installed and working.

Hope this helps someone. It took me a little bit to figure it out.

Can you add more details to this? I know what the relays are and how to determine the numbers for the pins, but which relay did you use and what do the colors correspond to? thanks in advance... I've searched the internet for this answer and for the 99, there isnt an easy answer out there.
