well the ones that came out of it originally were not a standard plug... they looked like the iridium ones so the 2nd batch i bought were also iridium pointed tiped... so id assume i should get some more of the same style.

I put a set of the bosch 4 platinums in for a year and dealt with a horrible rough idle. I just did plugs and wires and I used a set of Champion plugs and napas premium wires and the rough idle is gone. Moral of the story I hate the Bosch platinums.

Run the Rapid fire platinums. Or the new iridium plugs from AC are great too.

If you want a good inexpensive plug, go with NGK TR55 (copper). If you're looking for a long lasting, maintenance-free type of plug that's more expensive, get the NGK TR55ix (iridium). Stay away from Bosh or Champion, they don't seem to work well in the GM trucks. The AC Delco plugs are also good, as are the Denso's, but the Denso's are more expensive.

AC Delco plugs. I bought my last set from Rock Auto for not a lot of dollars.
