grab the tag off the rear end. Its on one of the diff bolts. Also I believe their might be a code in the glove box too.

Blah, you'll have one of these gears...

    4x4, 10 bolt cover, 4.10 ratio (opt GT5)
    4x4, 10 bolt cover, 3.42 ratio (opt GU6)
    4x4, 10 bolt cover, 3.73 ratio (opt GT4)

    ... assuming its 4x4.

Look for that code "GT5", "GU6", "GT4" in the glove box on that sticker, or on the inside of the drivers door, and that should give ya your axle info.

k its forsure one of those 3 gears that I just posted back on.

Also just out of the blue, your truck do a good burnout or no? Be honest. If ya can spin them badass, then u got 4.10s If its a so so burnout then its 3.73 If they barely spin then its 3.42 :)

if its 4wd it has to match the front...if you want to use 4wd anyway.

seriously? I want to put some 4:10s in my truck out of a possible new 03 burban we might buy. I live in MI and use 4wd alot in the winter. I'll have to swap out both then?
