Did your truck come equipped with factory fogs?
The chilton manual has some info in it, what specifically are you after?

00 k-1500 ECSB 5.3 4l60e, Z71, 224,000 miles and counting.
03 2500HD ECSB 6.0 4l80e, 145,000 miles. A towing master!
I would like to find out how the dash mounted fog light switch is wired - I would like to try a modification to control something else with the switch - so I need the pin-out and what each wire goes to and does

if its the factory fog-light switch, it is most likely a momentary switch..meaning when u press the switch in it pops back out right? your fog light switch probably has 4 terminals on it.
ground
status lamp (the symbol that lights when fogs are ON)
illumination (light inside that is on at night that lets you see the foglight switch)
output (leads to BCM?. BCM is what controls the foglight relay in a factory fog-lamp equipped vehicle)
Best way without a wiring diagram would be to use a multimeter and probe the terminals while the switch is pressed in..one set of pins should show connected only while switch is pressed in. Those would be the Output and Ground pins, I'm not 100% sure on the functions of the pins but as I wrote up top that would be my guess.
