    No cabin air filter.

Your ac condenser may be plugged up with debris. Take your blower motor out and reach your hand in there up and to the left and feel around. Mine was plugged with pine needles and busted up leaves

^^^Yep that and feel around for leaking air from the plenum under the dash. I came across one that had the tube from the blower motor disconnected and much of the air was being blown out of there. Also check to see if there is any air coming from the defroster or floor indicating either a faulty blend door motor or a stuck blend door. Worst case, and I just did one of these, is the actual blend door seals are trashed and need to be replaced. This involved dash and plenum removal and doors replaced.

They are inside the the big black box behind the dash. If you look under there just to the right of the gas pedal there is a blend door motor connected to spring loaded arms. You can try removing the motor (3 - 7/32nd screws) and turning the shaft manually. You will notice the differenct positions of that shaft determine defrost, vent, or floor selection.

    think you meant evaporator

and I'd bet its an actuator/door messed up, is the air coming out of the defrost/floor?

if the air is always going through the defrost you have a mode/air door and/or actuator problem

Possible but not as likely as the actuator motor

It could be a mouse nest. The like to shred the carpet padding and insulation and put it in the heater vents.

Re: Blower motor blowing har but barely coming out of vents??

Alright so I took the blower motor out and there was a little bit of debris but not horrible so I sucked it out with a vac.... All clear. I checked all the actuators and they are all spinning freely as designed. I'm at a loss here what would be the next step?? How do I check the actual doors and how do I get to them??

Alright I got that doors seem to be operating as they should as well in all positions... This is really frustrating it still seems to be not blowing fully in any position and it still seems to not go to any dedicated position even though I physically swing the doors move. What else can I look for that would cause this? Something else clogged? Maybe one of the vent hoses??

Re: Blower motor blowing har but barely coming out of vents??

Your saying you removed the blend door that controls where the air blows and still don't have air flow? If so, either you have a major leak in the air plenum somewhere (just move your hand around the box feeling for a leak) or your evaporator is clogged. As long as your blower motor is working there isn't anywhere else for the air to go. If the evaporator is clogged I have removed the cover for the heater core before and just moved the heater core out of the way then used some degreaser, compressed air, and a small brush to gently get the crap out of it. Key work id gently - you don't want to bend the fins.
