    I got 2000 gmc sierra 5.3 nbs

    need to change the a/c compressor. what is the easiest way? take out the bolts and remove from the top of the engine?


    Other then the coolant lines and air intake do i need to take anything else out like the radiator?

    how do you tell which compressor you have without taking it out first?

    I thought there was only 1 kind of compressor for these trucks? But I also take them out though the wheel well. Just remove the plastic liner and that's it, no need to remove the radiator or anything else.

    2 different ones, IIRC, it is if the lines bolt on seperatly or together

    i was reading somthing ealier about it accually taking pag 46 oil anyone know about that?
