Hey Guys one of my work trucks keeps warping the rear rotors. We pull a lot of heavy trailers with it but all the other Chevy 2500 we have don't have the same problem. I dont Know if its because they are 4 door long beds and this one is a regular cab short bed or what. Cant figure it out please help.![]()

a number of things can warp rotors and without knowing what you have or havent done its hard to say
Take them apart.
Make sure the e-brake is not partially enguaged.
Clean the caliper bolts and grease them with only brake grease. Other products will swell the bushings and cause them to stick.
Then take off the caliper brackets. Take the stainless steel clips off, clean under them, put a small amount of brake grease under the clips.
Put your pads on the caliper bracket and make sure they slide. If not file the ears of the pad down until they slide. Just enough to get them to slide.
Then put the bracket and caliper on, make sure the caliper slides. Then put the pads on.
