Looking to purchase a truck. How about this one?

Im looking to buy a used regular cab short bed 4x4 chevy truck 99 or newer
I found one for sale. Its a 2001 Z71 with the 5.3. The guy wants $7500

just passed 116k miles. it has a 4 inch lift(would prefer stock) on some aftermarket wheels with good tires. some kind of DVD stereo system with amp and subwoofer(not important to me) comes with the original rims and some kind of programmer. Its white

one small spot on the seat where a seam is coming apart and the driver side behind the bumper has a little dent from someone bumping into it.
other than that its looks to be in good shape

I haven't been able to find another one like in for sale within reasonable distance to me. I checked the carfax and it comes back clear.

Hope i posted this in the right section. Im going to look at the truck again today. It just seem like it is over priced to me but i have been looking locally for over 2 months now
for a regular cab short bed 4x4(within 100 miles of me) and this the only one that doesn't have over 200k miles on it

Why a reg cab? Seems like you should be able to get an ecsb 4x4. Search a wider area. If you spend 100 buck in gas to save 500 bucks and a truck you like you're still money ahead.

I like the look of the shorter truck. I have been searching up to about 100 miles from me. Its just a little hard to find i guess. I just have to be patient. I'll find a cheaper one eventually

I decided to keep looking. He was firm on his price. I don't need the lift and the fancy stereo system. I think that is why he was asking so much.
