Depends upon if it is gas or diesel. Gas = not much. Diesel it is probably worth 8-10 thou.

I'm looking at a 1994 ECLB 3500 DRW 454 manual worktruck with 245 000 MILES for parts, and since the transmission is what I'm mainly after, I found it runs great but the shifter has play when in gear.
Which internal transmission parts would I need to fix this issue?
Also, for a rough truck like this, with no electric windows, how much would you guys pay for it

The transmission probably has wear on the shift forks. There are a lot of people who rest their hand on the shifter. That keeps the shift fork up against the roatating shft collar, which wears on the shift fork.

I would estimate around 3-4 thousand. Ive heard nothing but good things about that transmission too.

I have the same trans in my 94 2500 and it dosent have any slop in the shifter. My truck has 188k miles on it too. I agree its either worn shift forks or worn bushings. You can get all new syncos bearings and bushing kit for about 250 off ebay
