Need help quick! (PLEASE)

One of my co-workers sent me an e-mail with his ugly mug plastered in the background as a wallpaper. I realize this isnt what you guys usually use your expertise on, but Id REALLY like to *******ize it and reply to his message with his new and improved look. Problem is I when I save it, the picture is gone. If anyone would like to help, I can email them the message.

Let me know if you can help ASAP! Il be on all night long, but this is my last night to reply to his message because im off work for the next 4 days!
