Rub much?
Seriously, not a bad photoshop. But you forgot to drop a shadow from the wheel wells onto the tires.

I want to but I cant find any bonspeed ss rims with tires on em on teh intrawebz
If you edit it right, the existing tires will suffice since many wheel/tire combos attempt to keep the same overall diameter.
To size the new wheels:
- Calculate the % increase to get to the final size. For example, say you're going to 20's but have 15's on there now. 20/15 = 1.33
- Copy one of your current wheels onto a new layer.
- Right click > free transform. Click on the link icon in the top toolbar to keep your height & width percentages proportional and type in 133%
- Paste your new wheel into place and set the opacity to 50%.
- Scale the new wheel to match the enlarged original wheel and set the opacity back to 100%.
- Erase or mask the wheel as needed to be hidden by the fender.
- Smudge or otherwise blend in the underlying tire to hide the white lettering as needed.
- Repeat the procedure for the other wheel.
BTW, I'm moving this to the Digital Dreams section so it'll be easier to find later.
