Reply With Quotegears first, then a tune. The gears are killing you the most with the larger tires. I know if your trying to tow with stock gears and 285s your transmission is hating you.

My truck is 2000 silvy 4.8L with 285's, I do alot of towing and it seems like the truck just can handle any amount of weight behind it. Not sure if its trying to turn the 285's and pull but its constantly downshifting even with the tow/haul button on. Is there anything you recommend? Thanks again.
