    I'm new and I own a 2005 Chevy TrailBlazer XT with a V6 Vortec. I really know nothing about engines so please bear with me. Anything special I need to know about my Blaze?

    Welcome! It sounds like you have a nice blazer! The V6 engines in those things have some good punch, its a good motor. You'll soon learn things on here fast enough, so dont worry. Look around, there are tons of cool engine/performance related threads here.
