Lurker With a '70 K10 Finally Signed Up!

....yeahhh, that's me. I finally decided to sign up here. I've been lurking for years...anyhow, here's the particulars...

I have a 1970 K10 Shortbed with a 1968 nose.

The Specs:

350/SM465/NP205.
Engine is pretty mild with the usual aftermarket bolt-ons & a cam. Edelbrock Performer intake, Carb & Cam. Hooker Headers. Complete MSD Ignition System.
Centerforce Clutch.
Power Steering & Power Brakes from a mid-80's Blazer.
Rear Axle is a Full Float 14 Bolt from a dumptruck. I had it fitted with a Detroit Locker.
Front Axle is a Kingpin Dana 60 w/ open diff.
The gears are 4.56's
Drive Shafts are from Tom Woods.
The truck sits on a Skyjacker 8" lift with Rancho shocks.
Wheels are black 16x10 Steelies.
Tires are new 15/38.5-16LT Super Swamper Boggers. I put these wheels & tires on and parked the truck.


It needs door skins and a paint job.

I think I want to sell it I do drive it once & a while. Every time I hop up into it & crank it up, I have second thoughts...

On the other hand, I have a line on a really nice 1996 2 door Tahoe. Metallic Green w/ a drop gate and lift glass & tan leather

Believe me though - when I say the thing needs door skins ... it really needs door skins. LOL. And we all make fun of rusty Fords...

The cab is "Ice Blue Metallic" and the bed is Flat Black, HAHAHA!
