im not sure actually, its bolted up stock to the leafs, its negative castor not sure how much though, its just when i turn the wheels the truck actually leans with turn in park, and u can hear the pump working to turn the wheels, also my camber is horribly negative so this may be the cause instead, im not sure how to check specifics its just by eye

Go get an angle finder and place it on the steering arm. That will yield the most accurate caster measurement. My truck leans when I turn too, I have no swaybar and the draglink is leaning the truck left or right depending on which way I turn the wheel; it's just that way. You also hear the box strain because you're turning the tires with massive amounts of friction between the tires and parking surface. Roll when you turn and it sounds much mo' betta.

okay thanks for the info i guess im just paranoid since i dont know how the suspension should be reacting with a sas

my castor does look normal. but my camber is def off as well as my toe.

my steering box is bad and the truck is a death ride on its first run.
theres so much slop in it, and i tried to tighten the box and it made it worse
    so i ordered a a new box.
but i def need a swaybar i dont even have a track bar nothing

I dont have a panhard/track bar or swaybar on my truck and it rides AWESOME. Fix your steering box and go from there. Are your balljoints new or the same ones that came off the Blazer? Toe can be fixed by adjusting the tierod, camber will probably get better with new balljoints.

Get a picture of how "off" your camber is. What preload did you put on the balljoints?

thanks man appreciate that i def got pics coming this thread is long overdue for them i just been so busy tryin to get this truck to drive haha.

so i drove it again a little bit ago, it barely wants to turn lock to lock when im stopped, like it struggles to turn the wheels and the truck def leans so bad from side to side when i do turn the wheels. but i was wondering where do i buy that 4 prong tool for to change the camber. and is it possible my balljoints arent in good?

That four prong socket isn't to chance the camber. The only way to change camber on your axle is offset balljoints. The special socket is used to adjust the preload on the balljoints via the threaded and tapered sleeve in the top of the inner C. Once the lower balljoint is torqued to 85 ft/lbs I believe, the socket is used to torque the sleeve to 70 ft/lbs, then the upper castle nut is torqued to 60 ft/lbs IIRC.

    Re: budget sas 93 silverado

You can change camber by purchasing offset balljoints. Yes, you'll have to take everything back apart.

    Re: budget sas 93 silverado

so the steering box was def a problem got the new one on, it drives better, but its still a death ride truck all over the road, doenst corner or handle. and im def attributing this to my camber issue. the camber is very positve, and i cant figure out why. my alignment machine at school the old style and new style say camber is non adj on a 77dana44

I'm not sure where you get them, but before offset balljoints they made angled shims that went between the spindle and knuckle. You might be able to find some if you dig hard enough.
