Which model york is the high output and what year vehicles where they made for? Is there a diffrence in the suction side of the comp if it is mounted vertical or close to vertical?

I know how to hook it up I just need to know what is the most desirable of the york units and what considerations must be given to instalation. Mine is going to be a custom setup so I am going to have to fab everyhing up.
