It is the tester unit. Found it on Actron's site.

If anyone knows a better one than JET's...that's easier to adjust?

The easiest to adjust is Holley's regulator which is on top of the Injector pod assembly and not the bottom. But you need to buy the whole throttle body for this feature. Turbo city makes a FPR that is adjusted with a 'special tool' accessed from a hole in the bottom of the throttle body.

I have left mine in the line for a couple of years now and haven't had any problems as of yet. I installed mine at the throttle body and not at the fuel filter. The actron part number for the GM TBI adapter is 180-1320. You can call them at 1-800-ACTRON-7 or go to www.actron.com to check pricing and availability. I hope this helps...
