Actually, the first thing I though of when it first happend was heater core. But no coolant involved. I also thought of the A/C drain, but I've had that on other cars before, and the drain boot was clean. That's when I started realizing that it only happens when it rains hard. I had pulled the wipers and cowl off and the sealant all looks perfect...no cracks, peels or delaminations anywhere that I could see around the cowl box. I pulled off the little fresh air intake duct and check the seal around it and sealed the screw holes with RTV. Nevertheless, it's back. Not really sure where else to look. The garden hose idea might be helpful, although I hate the idea of intentionally running water into my blower housing and cabin floor. Hmmm.....
