Yes you can hit s2s on any 4 link.

I would check out the setups from suicidedoors.com and innovativeairsuspension.com

Copper lines are not the best to run because they can become brittle, they aren't made to be subjected to the elements. DOT line will be fine as long as it's not near anything too hot like your exhaust.
