Long story short...
I had a set of shackles fail.
And fail badly with unfortunate results.
Their cust service rep was rude as .....(you know)
I wrote letters
I made phone calls
I took dig photos of the shackles and welds and what failed.
I had an expert metalugist (sic) examine the shackles
Did a lengthy and very accurate and detailed account of my experience with AIM
Finally got an atty - who had communications with the Atty Gen in AZ
and took AIM to small claims court.
It comes down to this...
He and his company will not do anything for the rodder and this market
He is out for the money
He knows that not very many folks will pursue him.
Not this hot rodder...
