Is a pair of 2" spindles and a set of 4" Hotchkiss leaf springs the best bet for a slightly lowered, but still able to haul truck??? That would cost roughly $500 and should give a level look, I think...

Is this a decent alternative for someone who just wants to slightly lower and level their daily driver/work truck?
