Okay, so I am finally gonna make me a set of these door pods. They will house my Dynaudio 6.5" and tweet. Later on when I get the 8" Dynaudio mid, I will make new ones to house that in the 6.5"s localle. I just started and only have the first baffle constructed. I started out by making a template from poster board,then once the fitment was good, transfered the outline to 3/4" MDF. They seem easy enough so far. I had a guy quote me $200 for a bare down raw set. There is now way I am gonna pay that price. Heck if they turn out easy enough, I will start selling these things. No need to pay hundreds for a few pieces of MDF and a few holes cut. I will post some working pics later on. Here is the design I am using:
