huh, dont know how I missed this thread.
Looks like you've come across a real nice way to mount components in the NBS doors. Inexpensive and not very time consuming.
Cant tell you how many hours I invested in my 'glass door pods. Thats why the price a shop would charge is high - takes time mocking up the framework and smoothing out the final product.
