Keep an eye out for an upcoming issue of truckin, there will be a tech article in it for channeling an 04 silverado std cab short bed. I know because i lended a hand to the guy doing it (aka kdubaz). He also channeled his 01 silverado. He knows what he's doin and makes it look easy, no need to drop 10g's on it all ya need is plasma cutter, welder, some sheet metal and your on your way!
