Man, good luck. I told myself that I could do it for around $1,000 too but I have $3,000 easy in my setup. Of course, you probably wont have two tanks and an engine driven compressor and whatnot, but it all adds up real quick. I'd budget more to be on the safe side and make sure you get some quality stuff.
