I put a screw with some sealant in the hole and so far I havent got it to leak...I poured a gallon of water down the windshield in that spot and boom no leaks.. Bingo !! On the c/k body style GM trucks this happens often when a windshield is replaced because that screw is right over the fresh air intake. I don't know about the original posters problem because I didn't see what truck it was on.
