it's better handling for sure, but you will tend to feel the bumps a little more. if you want smooth, install all rubber stock pieces, but they flex really bad
when cornering and i prefer the poly bushings. the poly doesn't brake down as fast as the rubber, helps in cornering and body roll, and chances are, your truck will need new bushings if it is a few years old anyhow, so why not go with the good stuff

1989 gmc sierra, 383 LT1 stroker, T56 , spec stage 3, eaton 4:10 posi, PST bushings,kp 6 link, conti's, the usual air stuff, some nice smooth imodium green sealer, some old 17's and BAM...a money pit!
