Infinite baffle is made by running a driver in an enclosure thats just way too big for it, and its created when you deaden your door and seal it off, baically creating a box thats too large.
For example, you can run a 10" woofer on the rear shelf of a car, using the trunk (properly sealed of course) as the IB enclosure. although not all subs or drivers are suited for this type of enclosure, so make sure yours will be. Most midrange drivers are fine though, its the subs you need to be more picky about.
