Yes, although use a better priced alternative to Dynamat...called RaamMat BXT (

Just dont cover the speaker hole, but do everything else. I did a layer on the insides of the metal door panel, then did 2 layers over it to seal it off. Here is a pic of my door panel once I started and after I was finished:
